Flexible Driver Payroll
Each driver can use a day rate, mileage + D&H, or hybrid pay plan. Weekly minimums and pay-period adjustments are applied per driver.
The app detects the actual D&H values in the selected settlement. Assign the driver payout for each value.
Driver Payroll
Drivers are grouped by pay method. Open or close either group using the dropdown header.

Most Recent Statement Metrics
Automatically pulled from the newest settlement statement in the Statements folder.
Settlement History
All settlement statements currently stored in your NBL business data folder.
Mileage Breakdown
Review linehaul miles by tractor domicile and spot miles by client for a selected settlement week.
Linehaul Miles by Domicile
Domicile is matched from the tractor master. If a tractor has no master domicile, the settlement domicile/category value is used when available.
Spot Miles by Client
Spot activity is grouped by the customer/spot name carried in the settlement statement.
Preventive Maintenance Planner
Weekly mileage is calculated from the settlement statements in your data folder. Motive mileage provides the odometer baseline.
PM Status by Tractor
PM1 interval: 25,000 miles • PM2 interval: 100,000 miles. Overdue equipment is highlighted in red.
Maintenance History
PM1, PM2 and other repair work recorded for the fleet.
Monthly Maintenance Record PDFs
Generate FedEx U.S. Monthly Maintenance Record (MGBA-355) pages from the tractor and maintenance data entered above.
Meeting & Inspection Tracker
Track truck inspection issues and management meeting action items in one place.
Truck Inspection Reports
Record tractor issues found during inspections and track whether they have been addressed.
Management Meeting Items
Track discussion topics, responsibilities, due dates and completion status.
Recruitment
Manage the driver recruiting pipeline and group drivers by In Progress, Hired, Rejected, or Terminated status.
Recruitment Pipeline
Drivers are grouped by Recruitment Status. Name stays frozen; click a header to sort, drag a column edge to resize, use the grip to rearrange workflow columns, or double-click a row to edit.
User Access
Create individual NBL profiles and control which non-finance role each person uses. Driver Pay, Settlement, and Revenue Finder remain owner-only.
Create User Profile
Set a temporary password and give it to the user directly. They can change it after signing in under My Profile.

Deactivate a user to immediately remove access to the NBL workspace. The Owner profile cannot be changed here.
Compliance Audit
Run the NBL compliance checklist, track findings to closure, and convert issues into Management Meeting action items.
Most Recent Audit by Category
Pass / Fail / Check results from the latest completed audit.
Current Open Findings
Issues from completed audits that still require corrective action.
Open Findings & Corrective Actions
Send any finding to Management Meeting Items, assign responsibility, and track it until closed.

One row per completed audit. Select an audit to review its full checklist and comments.

Revenue Finder
Scans all stored settlement statements for possible broken legs and missing FedEx revenue items. Results are review flags, not confirmed billing errors.
Broken Legs
Possible dispatch sequences that do not return to the starting station within the connected date block available in the settlement history.
Missing Fuel Supplement
Linehaul or spot movements with a zero fuel supplement. Where possible, the tool estimates a reference rate from comparable paid movements in the stored statements.
Missing D&H Payment
Linehaul trips where the D&H field is zero or blank. Expected D&H is inferred from comparable paid legs when available.
Weekly Dispatch Revenue & Coverage Planner
Plan each operating location independently, move drivers between runs, and use route economics to maximize coverage and revenue while reducing declines.
Saved Dispatch Tables
Save multiple coverage configurations for this location, load any saved version back onto the planning board, and export every saved table in one team-facing PDF with one configuration per page.
Drivers Assigned to This Location
Only drivers assigned to the selected dispatch location appear in this pool. Use Manage Drivers to import drivers from settlement statements, add new drivers, or move drivers between locations.
Tractors Assigned to This Location
Tractors are pulled from Motive and assigned to a dispatch location for weekly capacity planning. Use Manage Tractors to add Motive tractors or move them between locations.
Run Coverage Chart
Runs shown here belong to the selected location. Use Add Run or Edit Run to manage the location's route list and economics.
Route Economics
Revenue is calculated from miles per run × pay per mile × covered days. Lost revenue represents scheduled run-days that are currently uncovered.
Driver Pay & Utilization
Weekly pay is entered per driver. Assigned days and route revenue reflect the selected location, while schedule conflicts are checked across all locations.
Coverage Gaps by Day
See where additional driver coverage is still required at the selected location.
Revenue Opportunities / Decline Risk
Open run-days are ranked by potential daily revenue so the highest-value coverage gaps are easiest to address first.
Individual Vehicle Mileage Records (IVMR)
Pull Motive IFTA mileage for a reporting period, rebuild the same stop/state segment structure used in the supplied Mileage Reports, populate Origin / Destination from the IVMR location master, reconstruct Highway / Route Traveled from dense Motive history, and generate a FedEx Ground FL-001 IVMR PDF for each tractor.
Origin / Destination Location Master
Recognized FedEx spot, facility and city locations used to populate the FL-001 Origin / Destination / City Spot Number / City column. GPS proximity is checked first; Motive location descriptions are a secondary match.
Motive Tractor History Test
Inspect the raw Motive history before rebuilding Highway / Route Traveled. Tractor 337839 is preloaded because its normal weekday route is Clarksville ↔ Knoxville.
History by Date
Point count, odometer movement, approximate GPS distance and first/last Motive locations.
Driving Period Fallback
If Motive rejects breadcrumb history, this uses Motive driving periods to verify actual tractor movement, origin, destination and distance for the same date range.
Raw Motive Sample
A sample spread across the requested period so we can verify timestamp, coordinates, speed, odometer, type and any Motive description.
IVMR by Tractor
One row per tractor with beginning/ending odometer, total IVMR miles and mileage by jurisdiction. Use the PDF button to generate an individual tractor report on the FedEx Ground FL-001 form.
Mileage Report Segment Detail
Mileage Report-style segment rows built from the underlying Motive IFTA fragments, with the same Origin / Destination and Highway / Route fields used on the FL-001 form.
Domicile Validation
Every tractor must exist in the tractor master and have a domicile before its final IVMR PDF can be exported.
Motive Connection
Connect NBL Business Analyzer to Motive to view fleet data and update maintenance odometers from Motive readings.
API Connection
The API key is stored on this computer by the local launcher and is never written into the NBL data folder.
Motive Fleet
Current or last-known Motive readings. True odometer is preferred when Motive provides it.
